“I really enjoyed working with Heather on the No Story Lost project; sharing my stories and seeing them so thoughtfully compiled into a manuscript was a great experience. Heather made the process easy, enjoyable, and meaningful, and I truly appreciated your attentive approach.” ~ Bert Proulx

“I’d like to recommend Heather as an author for any of your family stories. Little did she know what she was getting into with our family of 11 children.

Heather was always available to set up timing that would work for interviews with my siblings. She was easy to talk to and let the individual lead the story. She used our words in the book and my brothers and sisters say, “I can hear him telling that story”. All of us can hear each other’s voices in each chapter. It is truly nostalgic.

It wasn’t an easy task for everyone. There were lots of tough memories evoked. But at the end of it all, my brother said, “I think we need volume II because we all remembered so many more stories”.

My whole family is so impressed and thankful for the quality and legacy of our family being presented in a caring, loving way by Heather, after enduring hours, days and months of putting our story together.

Forever thankful, Heather.” ~ Gaetane - “the youngest Chicoine”

"I have nothing but positive things to say about working with Heather. I was very comfortable sharing my stories with her, she made the process enjoyable and easy, and then did a fabulous job compiling everything into a manuscript." ~ Julian Wise

“I started working with Heather in November 2024. I had my first interview with Heather sitting alongside my Dad on a Zoom call. Unfortunately, my dad became sick immediately after the interview and passed away in December 2024.

In the following months, I had different Communication with Heather regarding next steps and if there would even be some to write my Dads book.

Last year, I decided to start following through on my dad‘s autobiography and chronological significant events of his life in the form of his book.

I have now spent eight hours with Heather, and in the meantime, felt her compassion and became accustomed to her professionalism as we go through the material. You can imagine how much there is in eight hours of phone calls.

I am now in a position that I have received a first version to edit and comment on. However, some more months have slipped by. As before, I have been in conversation with Heather and understand she will be there when I’m ready to journey on some more.

I am excited to get going again when life permits.I would not hesitate to recommend Heather for anyone choosing to write a life story or their own book.” ~ André Chevigny
